The Volkswagen IDs. Buzz and ID. Electric Buzz Charge already have prices in Spain

Volkswagen’s new electric van is now ready for landing on the market, including Spain. The brand has already published the prices of the new Volkswagen ID. Buzz for Spain, both in its passenger version and in the van version for professional use, the ID Buzz Cargowith the details of its range and equipment.

The price of the Volkswagen ID. Buzz starts from 61,480 euros

The new Volkswagen ID. Buzz already appears in the brand’s configurator, so you can imagine what our ID would look like. Perfect Buzz. Not only that, it has also revealed the details of its standard and optional equipment. The first to arrive will be short-wheelbase, whose dimensions are 4.71 meters long by 1.99 meters wide and 1.93 meters high, with 2,989 mm wheelbase. Later there will be versions with a long wheelbase.

the ID Passenger buzz has a price from 61,480 euros, which is actually 61,775 euros with the white paint surcharge. can be chosen in 7 different body colors, plus four other two-tone paintings. Eleven possible combinations in total. In case of choosing the yellow, green, orange or blue color for the bodywork, the central part of the seats will match in the same color.

Among the standard equipment, it is worth mentioning the 19-inch wheels and “Tilburg” design, the SEAQUAL fabric upholstery, the Lane Assist lane departure warning assistant, the Park Assist Plus parking assistant with parking sensors, the electric opening with Easy Open function, ACC adaptive cruise control with “stop & go” function and speed limiter, traffic sign recognition system or Climatronic dual-zone climate control with Air Care, among others.

As for connectivity, it comes standard with the 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system and App-Connect compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly. Optionally, the Discover Pro navigation system can be equipped, which includes a 12-inch central touch screen. In the ID Passenger Buzz, the edge of the screen and the center controls come in Electric White.

Optionally, 20-inch wheels, wireless charger for mobile phones, electric sliding doors, trailer hitch, Travel Assist driving assistant with autonomous lane centering… And as in other electric vehicles of the brand, Volkswagen offers three different domestic chargers for 480, 680 or 845 euros. They all offer the same power (7.4 kW in single-phase alternating current) but each one offers different functionalities and connectivity.

The special launch edition 1st Edition goes up to 71,425 euros

On the other hand, temporarily the Volkswagen ID. Buzz 1st Edition, a special launch edition better equipped and with exclusive details whose price rises to 71,425 euros. The 1st Edition can only be chosen with Lime Yellow and White or Energetic Orange and White two-tone metallic paint.

the ID Buzz 1st Edition comes standard with Matrix LED IQ.LIGHT headlights, 20-inch wheels in Solna design, illuminated headlight trims and door handle pockets, power side doors, stainless steel pedals in “Play/ Pause” and electric seat adjustment for both front seats, with memory and Comfort access on the driver’s seat.

Volkswagen ID. Position: the option for professionals, from 56,145 euros

The spiritual successor to the mythical Bulli will also have a professional use version, named Volkswagen ID. Buzz Cargo. This version has up to 3.9 cubic meters of cargo capacity and can carry a maximum of 645 kilos of payload. The interior is also more sober and practical, with more resistant upholstery and more robust black plastics.

The price in Spain of the ID. Buzz Cargo kicks off in €56,145 in white. Any other color, including black, has an additional cost of 1,045 euros (1,820 euros in the case of the two-tone option). The standard equipment of the Cargo fits model includes:

In both cases, both the ID. Passenger buzz as the ID. Buzz Cargo share the same propellant. Built on the well-known Volkswagen Group MEB platform, they have an electric motor with 204 hp and 310 Nm of torque that sends power to the rear wheels.

The battery is placed under the passenger compartment and has a capacity of 77 kWh. In the Volkswagen ID. Buzz offers 418 kilometers of combined autonomy (WLTP) and up to 572 kilometers of autonomy in the city. the ID Buzz Cargo homologates 414 kilometers of combined autonomy, reaching 578 kilometers of range in urban use. both admit fast charge at 170 kW of power in direct current, thanks to which they can charge from 5 to 80% in 30 minutes.
